Terms and Conditions
1. Home, termite, roof, and any other applicable inspections will be covered on behalf of the buyer by The Tyler Gadi Team, up to six hundred US dollars ($600.00). Any outstanding balances due over six hundred dollars will be the buyer's responsibility.
2. The Tyler Gadi Team will pay up to seven hundred fifty US dollars ($750.00) for a smart Google Home package including a smart doorbell, smart thermostat, and installation by Done Rite Services.
3. The Tyler Gadi Team will pay for a total of 3 hours of consultation with an interior decorator at Spaces and Pieces Interior Design.
4. This offer is intended for qualified buyers only. All buyers are subject to credit approval, underwriting approval, and lender terms and conditions. Programs are subject to change without notice.
